Today I want to share with you some information on how to increase your Personal Training income while working less hours. If you are in the mode of training clients one on one I urge to consider group training! Group Training or Bootcamp Training has many benefits. The biggest one being making more money in a shorter period of time!
Your clients will benefit from the motivation and encouragement from working with others trying to reach the same goal. My clients love having a partner to work with...they push one another and they really work a lot harder than they would training on their own.
Group Training (small groups of 2-3) or Bootcamps ( larger groups and usually done outside or in a large facility) is where the big money is! What's cool about this is you don't need fancy equipment or any kind of overhead. You can train clients at the park or at a highschool track... with no equipment, saving you and your clients gym fee's! Of course, depending on the size of your gym and your group, this can be done in the gym if you like.
Now lets take those same 10 people and say we were doing 1 group training session with them and you charged them $19 each. That's $190 for 1 hours work! ( Your making $190 bucks an hour!) What if you did 3 groups in a day? That's the beauty of group training!
