What a wonderful day Nail Technicians.....
Today I thought we would brainstorm on different ways you can make your clients visits one they wouldn't forget! You will need a pad and pen, now or later for this exercise. In the video, I ask that you write down 5 -10 different creative ways to give your clients an experience when they come to see you! You don't have to use all that you write down....pick out a few that are do-able for you!
Remember in creating your client "experience" you want to be mindful of the time, you don't want to have a lengthy visit, but work within the time frame you have with the client.
